Though Rancho Estrellita is not yet a permitted Mitigation Bank (targeted for Q1 2027), its unique combination and mix of eco-assets, coupled with its character and charm, have caught the attention of many from both within and outside of the mitigation credit industry. Among the visitors who have toured Estrellita, we've hosted photographers, journalists and other industry professionals who regularly write and publish articles on eco-assets and related topics. Here are a few that might help provide a sense and flavor for the industry in general, and for Rancho Estrellita in particular. Note that while certain of the articles attribute the effort and vision to C. Salas, it is in fact a vision shared by the three Salas Brothers, and an effort broadly supported by a large, highly professional Team. We thank all of the Estrellita Team members, led by Althouse & Meade of Paso Robles, for their assistance in making this shared vision a reality, and for helping to preserve and shepherd this irreplaceable environmental treasure into perpetuity.
